If you're a first-time client wishing to book a facial, we recommend starting with the Pro Skin 60-minute treatment. It's a great introductory facial, which allows us to thoroughly assess your skin care needs in order to recommend the right treatment plan just for you! It's also a great opportunity for you to get to know us, and our touch and learn about Dermalogica, which is the brand we carry and love!

If you're a first-time client looking to book a lash lift, please note that we can not perform a lift with a facial because your lashes must be clean and completely dry prior to your appointment. That means absolutely no eye make-up.

Also note, we honour and respect your time & space! Don't hesitate to let us know before your treatment that you'd like silent time. We even take it as a compliment when people fall asleep during their service!  After all, it's your time, we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. But we also invite questions and commentary if you have any!
