Dermaplanning

Dermaplaning is a simple and painless exfoliation procedure that removes the vellus hair or “peach fuzz” and the top layer of dead skin from the face. This process uses a small sterile surgical scalpel and is extremely safe when performed by our medical aestheticians. Dermaplaning can be performed as often as every two to three weeks or when vellus hairs start to grow back, and there is no downtime required. The procedure improves skin tone & texture and is excellent for oily skin types. It will NOT make the vellus hairs grow back thicker or darker. It is also safe for patients who are pregnant or nursing.
